Many grocers do not offer free plastic bags in order to discourage single use plastic. Companies like Sam’s Club, Gordon Food Service, Aldi, and Save A Lot encourage patrons to reuse canvas or cloth bags and to use the stores’ empty boxes. Most grocery stores offer reusable shopping bags for purchase.
